QA Lead / Head of Quality

QA Lead / Head of Quality — 6–10 years of experience. Protect the reliability of the platform users trust with their career decisions — catch issues before they ship.

Responsibilities

•Define and own the overall quality strategy and testing roadmap as CareersCopilot scales
•Build out test automation frameworks and CI/CD-integrated quality gates from the ground up
•Establish QA processes — release sign-off criteria, bug triage, severity frameworks — suited to a lean, fast-moving team
•Partner with engineering leadership on reliability, performance, and security testing priorities
•Hire and mentor QA engineers as the team grows

Requirements

•6–10 years in QA/quality engineering with demonstrated ownership of quality strategy
•Strong background in test automation architecture and CI/CD practices
•Experience building QA function in an early-stage or scaling startup preferred
•Comfortable balancing rigor with startup speed
