Senior QA Engineer / SDET
Senior QA Engineer / SDET — 2–6 years of experience. Protect the reliability of the platform users trust with their career decisions — catch issues before they ship.
Responsibilities
- •Own test strategy and coverage for CareersCopilot's core product areas (career scoring, Salary Map, Career Trajectory, payments)
- •Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, regression) to speed up release cycles
- •Design test plans for new features in collaboration with product and engineering from the design stage
- •Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive quality improvements
- •Set up and improve CI-integrated testing practices
Requirements
- •2–6 years in QA with hands-on test automation experience (e.g., Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, Postman/API testing)
- •Solid understanding of web app and API testing
- •Experience testing payment/subscription flows is a plus
- •Startup or fast-release-cycle experience preferred
