Senior Product Manager / Head of Product
Senior Product Manager / Head of Product — 6–10 years of experience. Shape the roadmap — from career intelligence features to the job board — working directly with engineering and design.
Responsibilities
- •Own end-to-end product strategy and vision for CareersCopilot as it scales post-fundraise
- •Define the multi-quarter roadmap balancing B2C growth, monetization, and B2B/enterprise opportunities
- •Lead pricing, packaging, and freemium/paid-tier strategy in partnership with founders
- •Build and lead a product team as the company grows
- •Represent product in fundraising and investor conversations where relevant
Requirements
- •6–10 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and growth
- •Experience in EdTech/HRTech/career-services or consumer subscription products preferred
- •Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
