Product Manager

Product Manager — 2–6 years of experience. Shape the roadmap — from career intelligence features to the job board — working directly with engineering and design.

Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap for one or more core product areas (e.g., career scoring, monetization/paywall, job matching)
•Define product strategy informed by user research, funnel analytics, and competitive landscape (Careerflow, Teal, Rezi, etc.)
•Drive conversion optimization — pricing, paywall structure, onboarding flows
•Partner with engineering to prioritize and ship features, balancing speed with quality
•Define and track success metrics (signups, conversion rate, retention)

Requirements

•2–6 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer SaaS or B2C subscription products
•Strong analytical and prioritization skills
•Experience with monetization/growth features is a plus
