Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

•Support roadmap execution across CareersCopilot's core features (Salary Map, Career Trajectory, job board)
•Write user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria for engineering handoff
•Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and opportunities
•Coordinate with design and engineering to ship features on schedule
•Run user research and gather qualitative feedback

Requirements

•0–2 years in product management or related analytical role
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Data-driven mindset
•Familiarity with tools like Figma, analytics dashboards, and project trackers
