HR Lead / Head of HR
HR Lead / Head of HR — 6–10 years of experience. Build the people foundation — hiring, culture, and processes — for CareersCopilot as it grows from a founding team into a company.
Responsibilities
- •Build the HR function from the ground up — policies, systems, compliance — as CareersCopilot scales post-fundraise
- •Partner directly with founders on organizational design, leadership hiring, and culture-building
- •Own compensation & benefits strategy, including equity/ESOP structuring for early hires
- •Ensure statutory compliance (labor law, PF/ESI, DPIIT startup norms) for a Noida-based entity
- •Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategy as headcount grows
Requirements
- •6–10 years in HR with progressive ownership of the HR function, ideally in a startup that scaled from early to growth stage
- •Strong knowledge of Indian labor law and compliance
- •Experience with ESOP design and leadership hiring
- •Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a founder-led environment
