HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Lead — 2–6 years of experience. Build the people foundation — hiring, culture, and processes — for CareersCopilot as it grows from a founding team into a company.
Responsibilities
- •Own end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, and business roles — from sourcing strategy to offer negotiation
- •Design and implement core HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, policies suited to an early-stage team
- •Manage compensation benchmarking and offer structuring in collaboration with founders
- •Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- •Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention programs
Requirements
- •2–6 years in HR/talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or tech company
- •Experience hiring for technical roles
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
- •Hands-on approach comfortable with limited process/infrastructure
