Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communication
•Maintain HR records, onboarding documentation, and employee databases
•Assist in organizing onboarding for new hires
•Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

Requirements

•0–2 years in HR/recruitment
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards)
•Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
