Responsibilities

•Drive technical architecture and roadmap for CareersCopilot's platform as it scales
•Lead design of AI-driven systems — multi-agent orchestration, job-matching algorithms, data pipelines (e.g., job crawler infrastructure)
•Set engineering best practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability
•Own infrastructure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency decisions
•Partner directly with founders on technical strategy and hiring as the team grows

Requirements

•6–10 years of engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership
•Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and full-stack development
•Experience building or scaling AI-powered products preferred
•Comfortable as a hands-on technical leader in an early-stage startup
