Senior Software Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer

Senior Software Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer — 2–6 years of experience. Build the platform that powers career scoring, job matching, and AI-driven career tools for thousands of professionals.

Responsibilities

•Own feature areas end-to-end — from design through deployment — across the CareersCopilot platform (career scoring, salary intelligence, job matching)
•Design and build scalable backend services (Node.js, MongoDB, Prisma) and performant frontend experiences (Next.js)
•Work on AI/LLM-integrated features — prompt pipelines, agentic workflows, data enrichment
•Improve system reliability, performance, and deployment practices (AWS EC2, Nginx, PM2)
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

Requirements

•2–6 years of full-stack experience
•Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js/React ecosystem
•Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
•Exposure to AI/LLM-based product features is a strong plus
