Responsibilities
- •Own the analytics and strategy function for CareersCopilot, working directly with founders
- •Lead financial modeling, fundraising analysis, and investor reporting
- •Define KPIs and build the analytics infrastructure to track growth, retention, and monetization
- •Drive strategic initiatives — market expansion, B2B licensing opportunities, partnership evaluation
- •Mentor junior analysts as the team scales
Requirements
- •6–10 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting, ideally with startup/venture-backed company exposure
- •Strong financial modeling and strategic thinking skills
- •Experience supporting fundraising or investor relations is a strong plus
