Responsibilities
- •Own analysis of CareersCopilot's growth funnel — signups, activation, paid conversion — and identify actionable levers
- •Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and pricing analysis to inform strategy
- •Build financial and operational models to support fundraising and business planning
- •Partner with product and sales teams to translate data into roadmap and GTM decisions
Requirements
- •2–6 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting
- •Strong skills in SQL, Excel/financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- •Experience in startups or B2C/subscription businesses preferred
